Moving forward with a medical malpractice case is often a difficult endeavor in any state not withstanding states that hav have laws that make it virtually impossible. Much of that difficulty can lie in just selling your case to a seasoned attorney. Presenting them with the report of an expert witness who has reviewed your records and can support your case can be pivotal in this regard. Unfortunately, expert witnesses only work with attorneys or insurance companies.
