To join our prestigious panel of medical professionals please forward to us the necessary information requested below to begin the screening process. You will be contacted by our administrative and medical staff to discuss the application process and procedure.

Please send us:

  • A copy of your updated resume or curriculum vitae.
  • A copy of your current and active medical license and contact information.
  • A brief cover letter referencing relevant forensic work you have performed and any areas of your expertise that do not appear in your resume.
  • At least two professional references.

If you are a physician, please include information about current board certification and licenses, including dates.
